Who We Are

The knowledge, experience, and ties to the community that the board members hold offer benefits to the organization that will help the organization’s goals. This organization’s goal is to help any child regardless of their upbringing to be successful in their life because of the impact of this organization. The organization is surrounded with people that do their very best in support of the organization. Together with the help of many donors and support from the community, we can change the lives of many families in our community.

Our Vision

To aid and empower children and families within their community to overcome poverty and hardships by way of mental, emotional, physical, and financial support.

Our Mission

At RMD, we believe that in time as we grow and the more lives we help, we will see graduation rates rise and dropout rates go down. We envision a future with less poverty and more successful families. Our vision is to see crime rates go down and the community to come together for a brighter future.

Founder

a brief biography of our founder

Wayne Dudley was born and raised as a member of the Dundalk community in the Baltimore County area.

Coming from humble beginnings with a single-parent household on public assistance, Wayne grew up with very little and understands the strife of poverty and having to overcome it.

Wayne has used his testimony of overcoming even the hardest of trials to inspire change and aid for the community.

Now that his two daughters are grown, his passion and calling is to help children and families just as the people throughout his life helped him and his mother get him to this point.

He currently lives in Baltimore county. He serves now as a construction safety manager, USSF-certified soccer official, and founder of Regina Mae Dudley Organization.
